Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Xavier Institute of Social Services, Ranchi in the year 1992, having an experience of handling HR in manufacturing industry of over 28 years. A senior Human Resources professional managing leadership role with experience in entire gamut of Corporate/Plant HR including talent management, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, competency assessment, welfare administration / IR, Labour law, statutory compliances, culture building interventions, change management, etc. Worked in Petrochemicals, Pharmaceutical and Power, with leading Indian and Foreign Companies like Mitsubishi Chemicals, Sun Pharmaceuticals, Alkem Laboratories, India Power Corporation Limited to name a few. Having worked in Head Office of Mitsubishi Chemicals in Tokyo, has an in depth understanding of Japanese Management systems. Having headed multiple functions like viz Marketing, Logistics, Purchase etc, possess a thorough understanding of business and thereby having a greater understanding of HR’s role and contribution to the Organization’s business performance.
